Learn More About Clay County Furnace

Clay County Furnace is a family-owned HVAC Company located in Brazil, Indiana. We do not have to rely on catchy radio advertising jingles or tv commercials to maintain and grow our customer base. Our main source of new referrals is through word of mouth. Generations of customers keep coming back to Clay County Furnace for their HVAC needs.

In the 1960s Larry Nolte started Clay County Furnace providing HVAC sales, service and repair work to the local community. Fast forward to 1987 when Larry’s son-in-law, Chris, started working at Clay County Furnace and eventually managed the company after Mr. Nolte retired. After Larry passed away in 2014, Chris took over the business and is proud to carry on meeting the area’s heating and cooling needs.

We strive to provide quality, honest service at a fair price. We repair, service and clean all makes and models of gas furnaces’, heat pumps, electric furnaces, mini-splits, and air conditioners. We also repair existing duct or install new duct systems.

Free estimates on new HVAC equipment including mini-splits, furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioner. New construction welcomed. Here at Clay County Furnace we do not like high pressure sales gimmicks and we do not employ those practices during or after new equipment quotes.

Clay County Furnace has provided service to generations of customers in Clay County and the surrounding area and are proud of the reputation we have built.

Call us for any of your heating or cooling needs! Chris and the crew will be happy to assist you!
