Getting your HVAC system cleaned and serviced every couple of years will assure it is running at it's highest efficiency level. All operations are checked and potential problems can be identified before it causes a breakdown at the worst time. Think zero degree's or the first 90 degree day. Many companies offer "maintenance plans" where you pay them upfront to come out once or twice a year for routine service. We do it the old fashioned way, where we only charge you at the time of your service. Routine return air filter changes are especially important in heating and cooling seasons. We recommend using fiberglass throw away filters once per month as the 3 month and greater pleated versions you see in your local big box or hardware stores can be restrictive on your equipment, especially in very cold or very hot weather. As we get ready for Spring think about getting on our service schedule to assure your unit is in tip top shape for the season.
